Retiring / Removing / Standing Down Members
Removing Membership ...
Membership can be removed from Responserack, but it is unusual. Typically "removing" a member is cleaning up an old imported roster, i.e. done when the member has no activity within the scope of the department working with Responserack. If a member is marked as responding to incidents in Responserack they should not be deleted, they should be "retired". See their member timeline.
If you'd like to remove a member please contact Responserack Support.
Standing Down (Retiring) a Member ...
Administrators can "stand down" a member (i.e. they leave the department, retire, etc.) independent of if that event comes with pension eligibility, or even if the department is terminating the employment of the firefighter.
In the Administration view go to members, and then select the member.
