Incident Category: No Incident, Unable to Locate (UTL)

When an incident is toned as an MVA or a smoke report or something else ... but you come upon no incident, you are UTL ... Unable to Locate.

Change the Incident Category...

Sure it was toned as a smoke report, but there was no incident. Report it as no incident.

Select "No Incident or UTL"
