Member - Lost Password

If a member has lost the password they created with their email address, and can no longer log in, below are the steps for them to take.

Note: If they have another account (e.g. a Google account) that they'd like to use, you can send them another invitation.

Trouble signing in?

One the login page enter their email address and continue. When at the password stage, select "Trouble signing in?".

Reenter the email to get password recovery assistance.
