Entering Mutual-aid or Auto-aid Incidents

Entering a mutual aid incident is as simple as entering a typical incident, then setting the primary agency to the fire department that is receiving the aid. Responserack has their NFIRS information configured, so once selected, Responserack generates the NFIRS "Aid Information", setting the NFIRS FDID, typical aid type, and NFIRS state/territory.

NOTE: Agencies include fire departments, EMS transporting agencies, law enforcement and more. Only a fire department can be marked as primary.
