Apparatus Status & Apparatus Check Status

There are two levels of status for each apparatus:

  • One for if the apparatus is part of the fleet. (see Control View.)
  • One for how the apparatus is operating, i.e. if there is an operational issue or not. (see Overhead View.)
Term Definition Example
Apparatus Status Is the apparatus part of the frontline fleet, or part of the reserve, or no long part of the fleet? Apparatus moved to "reserve".
Apparatus Check Status (as in "Truck Check" status) Is the apparatus in service or temporarily out of service, suffering some level of operational issue? Apparatus marked as "out of service" due to a malfunction.
