Incident Notes
Various incident notes can be attached to the incident by the administrator, on top of the incident narrative (notes.)

| Administrative Notes | General purpose administrative notes. Everything from private notes on the incident (not for the general fire department) to any injuries or close calls, etc. etc. | Viewable only by Administrators |
| NFIRS Notes | General purpose NFIRS notes. Everything from why it might've been NFIRS excluded, or which parts of NFIRS were not known or available. | Viewable only by Administrators |
| (Cost Recovery) Processing Notes | Cost Recovery Processing Notes. (Only available if cost recovery is enabled.) | Viewable only by Administrators |
Editing Incident Notes
One the administrative incident view screen, press "Update" to access the administrative incident update screen. From there click "Edit Notes" (see below) to open up the incident note editor fields.
