Authenticate to the Responserack App

Current the only way to log in /authenticate to the Responserack mobile application is with email and password. Alternative forms of authentication are not support, and it is wise for all Responserack users to (at least) be able to log in with email and password (especially for shared department machines.)

Adding Email / Password

If you previous logged in /authenticated with Google Authentication or with telephone number or some other form, please:

1) Request your administrator send you a new invitation to Responserack.

2) Log out of Responserack, or access it in some Incognito Browser (to clear cookies.)

3) Accept the new invitation and log in using email and password. You'll now be able to use both mechanisms for logging in.
