Moving from Google authentication to Gmail email/password

If you previously authenticated to Responserack using Google Authentication and would like to replace this with email / password authentication - using a Gmail email address - please contact Responserack support for help. Responserack can help you with this migration.

NOTE: Unfortunately once you've established Google Authentication it is NOT possible to use the same gmail email address for email / password authentication. Only Responserack support can resolve this for you. Please contact us.

Migration to Email / Password

• Contact Responserack.
• Receive assistance, and a new invitation to your fire department on Responserack.
• Accept that new invitation (perhaps even in an incognito browser window, or otherwise log out) and authenticate as email /password.
