Data Analysis - Data Mining - Reporting

Responserack works with incident reports but, perhaps confusingly, also provides data analysis through reports and reporting. Reporting being slicing and dicing incidents - summing and calculating analytics - to be presented as tables,  spreadsheets or documents. Examples of reporting include presenting a summary of the month's incidents to the board for review, calculating member attendance for the year (including for service hours; for stipend / pay), determining use of apparatus for grant applications, or trends in incident categories.
