Data Analysis - Data Mining - Reporting
Responserack works with incident reports but, perhaps confusingly, also provides data analysis through reports and reporting. Reporting being slicing and dicing incidents - summing and calculating analytics - to be presented as tables, spreadsheets or documents. Examples of reporting include presenting a summary of the month's incidents to the board for review, calculating member attendance for the year (including for service hours; for stipend / pay), determining use of apparatus for grant applications, or trends in incident categories.
IN THIS ARTICLE
To run a report:
- Proceed to the list of reports and select the appropriate report.
- Select the date range (including a custom date range.)
- View the results
- Export to spreadsheet or document (for download or printing)
NOTE: Recent reports can be viewed without needing to re-run them (and frozen in time as a snapshot at the time. they were run.) Re-viewed reports are NOT recalculated.

Select a custom date range by pressing the "Custom Date Range" option.
View the Report
Export to spreadsheet / document
Reports can be exported to a spreadsheet for download and/or additional manipulation, to a document for printing.
Recent Reports
Recent report runs are captured for later re-review. See "Recent" in the Reports section.
