Trainings, Meeting and other department Events (collectively referred to generically as Events) are member gatherings, with attendance and hours of service contributed. Record station training, maintenance sessions, community outreach, and any other events your membership contributes.

Responserack displays upcoming trainings, meeting and other events. Firefighters can register their intent to attend, and event attendance is recorded (along with the hours contributed.)
View / Update an Event
View event details and update the event (until an Administrator has marked it as complete) perhaps changing the description, the date / time, and/or modify the attendance.
Adding Multiple Events or a Single Event
Add a single event, perhaps for a few members for an adhoc training or maybe an impromptu maintenance session.
Responserack can accept a spreadsheet of events (including repeating event specifications, e.g. second Monday of the month) to load a year's events all at once. Contact email@example.com for this.
Customize to your Department
When entering an event you can select the category. Member attendance reports are tallied by hours per category per member. Create and/or customize the list of event categories to suit your department needs.
