Connecting Active 911

If your agency uses Active 911 then you can connect Active 911 to Responserack such that incidents and posts are captured from Active 911 dispatches and messages.

Once you receive your Active 911 configuration email from Responsrack, then copy the URL and proceed here:

1) Go to Settings / Go to Active Team ...

Start by going into the "Active Team" settings, the web-based aspect of settings.

2) Scroll down to Agency

This option is in the black menu area on the left.

3) Go to "Add New Integration"

This button is in the white area (although you might need to scroll down to see it.)

4) Ensure you pick "Other"

5) Set "Other", a name (e.g. RR), and paste the URL ...

6) Press "Add" and it is saved ...
