Q: Why do I have so many browser tabs open?

A: If you are clicking on "Admin" on the "firefighter view" it'll take you to the "administrator view", but in a new tab. As an administrator, perhaps do your work solely on the "admin view", it has the same incident editing tools as the "firefighter view" and won't open tabs between sites.
