Browser (JavaScript) Problems

Some aspects of Responserack require a scripting language called Javascript to run aspects of a page. On some browsers (perhaps locked down for privacy or security, perhaps older) the Javascript fails to run. When Responserack detects a problem it displays this message:

Please contact Responserack so we can diagnose the problem.

Browser Workaround

Often a quick way to resolve this problem is use an alternative browser than your daily driver. If you use Firefox locked down for privacy /security, then perhaps use Google Chrome (that you've not tweaked) for this sessions of Responserack.
