Stages of a Firefighters career

Department members have a career arc from trainee / probationary to firefighter to eventual retiree with perhaps multiple positions in between. At times firefighters might need a leave of absence, or change stations or accept promotions or demotions. Responserack records date ranges when firefighters are in various stages of being operational, and not.

Mark Change

Use "Mark Change" option on member administration record to add/edit/remove member history (career arc) records. See the "Review" option to check for an resolve any mismatches.

Mismatches

If a member is added to an incident but they are later marked as "not operational" at that time, then Responserack recognizes a mismatch.

Resolving Mismatches

Responserack allows incident attendance mismatches to be automatically resolved such that attendances are adjusted to match members periods of operational and non-operational.
